Problems logging on to the system?

If you are having trouble logging into the system, please check for the following:

  • Have you typed in your username and password exactly as it was given to you? (Usernames and passwords are not case sensitive.)
  • Are you typing a zero instead of the letter 'O' or vice versa?
  • Are you typing a number 1 instead of the letter 'I' or vice versa?
  • Are you typing the username and password for the correct student? You will be given a separate username and password for each student you have in the Middle Schools.
If you have checked all of the above, please complete a Request for Username/Password Form and submit it to your student's school for a new username and password to be issued.

Did you misplace your username and/or password?

If you have misplaced your username and/or password, please complete a Request for Username/Password Form and submit it to your student's school. A letter with your username/password will be sent home with your student.

Requests for usernames/passwords will not be honored over the phone or via email.

Since we cannot verify the identity of a person making request over the phone or via email, we will only provide usernames and password when a Request for Username/Password Form has been submitted to your student's school. The information will then be sent home with your student.

How can I change my password?

Unfortunately at this time the PowerSchool Parent Access system does not have a means for allowing you to change your password.

Questions regarding grades or teacher comments

Please contact your student's teacher directly with questions about grades and/or teacher comments found in this website.

Questions regarding attendance

Please direct questions about your student's attendence to your student's school.
